Bu doğrultuda 4734 sayılı Kamu İhale Kanunu kapsamında yapılan ve ilan veya duyuru tarihi 8 Nisan 2024 ve bu tarihten sonra olan ihalelerde, sözleşme yapılmadan önce ihale üzerinde kalan istekliler tarafından kesin teminat mektubu kapsamında yalnızca elektronik kesin teminat mektupları ile elektronik kesin kefalet senetlerinin sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
