4734 sayılı Kamu İhale Kanununun 53 üncü maddesinde hüküm altına alınan, bu Kanuna ve 4735 sayılı Kamu İhale Sözleşmeleri Kanununa ilişkin bütün mevzuatı, standart ihale dokümanlarını ve tip sözleşmeleri hazırlamak, geliştirmek ve uygulamayı yönlendirme yetkisi kapsamında Kurumumuz tarafından; yürürlükte bulunan “Elektronik İhale Uygulama Yönetmeliği” ile eki “Yeterlik Bilgileri Tablosu Sunulan ve Tekliflerin Elektronik Ortamda Alındığı İhalelerde Uygulanacak Tip İdari Şartname” yerine geçmek üzere, ihale, doğrudan temin, istisna ihaleleri ve sözleşme uygulamalarını içerecek şekilde “Kamu Alımlarının Elektronik Ortamda Yapılmasına İlişkin Uygulama Yönetmeliği Taslağı” ile eki “Elektronik Ortamda Yapılan İhalelerde Uygulanacak Tip İdari Şartname Taslağı” hazırlanmıştır.
Taslak düzenlemelere ilişkin görüşlerin ekte yer alan görüş bildirme formuna uygun olarak 17 Kasım 2023 günü mesai bitimine kadar [email protected] e-posta adresine iletilmesi mümkündür.
