Kamu İhale Kurumu ve Türkiye İnşaat Sanayicileri İşveren Sendikası (İNTES) işbirliği ile 4 Mart 2024 tarihinde “Uluslararası İnşaat Projelerinde ve Kamu İhalelerinde Hukuki Koruma” konulu Çalıştay düzenlenecektir.
Ülkemiz, üye ülkelerin kamu alımları alanında şikâyet inceleme sistemlerinin işleyişine ilişkin bilgi ve deneyimlerin paylaşılması amacıyla kurulan ve Arnavutluk Cumhuriyeti, Bosna Hersek, Hırvatistan, Karadağ, Kosova Cumhuriyeti, Kuzey Makedonya, Romanya ve Slovenya’nın kamu alımları kurumlarının yer aldığı Güneydoğu Avrupa Kamu Alımı İnceleme Kurumları Ağı’na 4 Mayıs 2023 tarihinde üye olmuştur.
Düzenlenecek Çalıştay’a bahsi geçen Ağ kapsamındaki ülkelerin temsilcilerinin ve Ülkemizin önde gelen yatırımcı kurum ve kuruluşlarının üst düzey yetkililerinin katılımları öngörülmüştür.
